If the board is ordinary planed, it is necessary to determine the most protruding boards with a ruler and attach to them. As fasteners, you can use ordinary screws. This method is suitable for simple, budget ceiling design.

Since no one lives in the house and the room is not always heated, the use of moisture-resistant GLA is recommended.

Tip. If we talk about high-quality durable finish, it is best to use the skeleton method, since here additional thermal insulation is possible, built-in lighting and decorate a multi-level ceiling.

Modern application of the material involves several methods drywall installation on a wooden surface:

• Right away to the ceiling using adhesive or conventional screws, this is the easiest and most cost-effective method.

• On a metal frame.

If it is planned to make a single-level ceiling, then this is the most optimal option, while it is possible to bring additional lighting and insulation. In addition, this method is much lower in cost than mounting on metal profiles.

• It is important for the frame to select only high quality slats, well dried, which can withstand a significant load for many years.
• Before installation, the lowest point of the ceiling plane is determined.
• It is from her that the markup of the design framework comes.
• We retreat 50 mm, and a horizontal line is drawn around the entire perimeter of the room, using the building level. At the finish, the end and start points must match.
• Then, with the help of self-tapping screws, wooden slats are mounted around the entire perimeter.

Tip. Between the bars of the base, the distance should not exceed more than 80 cm.
